A balanced approach to health and well-being
Whatever your symptoms; physical discomfort, anxiety, sleep issues, energy imbalances, or simply a wish to look at your current yoga practice, you can take constructive steps to support your health well-being.
In the sessions you will work with body, breath, and awareness and lifestyle changes to bring yourself to balance.
Before the meeting, unless you have met and discussed this with our in-house yoga therapist, Natasha, at the studio, you are advised to book a free Clarity call (15 min on Zoom) which includes an intake form to help you clarify what you need.
Natasha also holds free topic-based Women’s Circles at Hot Yoga Eindhoven which you can sign up for via her website Awake Yoga. Groups are small (10 max) so sign up early – if the group is full, you will be included in the wait list for the next session and invited again.
