“I would like to share awareness of being in the moment with you.”
Tahreem Raza
I was introduced to yoga in 2011 by chance and immediately felt sense of belonging, wishing the meditative, restorative, and energizing qualities I experience to continue to be a part of my life. For me, the yoga mat is a place where I find mind-body connection and the freedom to explore. Being a working mom to a toddler is not easy. Yoga grounds me and recharges me to go back out there and keep going. By using your breath to connect with the deeper parts of the self you are able to practice yoga without any fear of judgement, even from within. I hope to help others access that freedom to explore themselves with authenticity. Tahreem completed the 200-hour Art Awake Yoga teacher training in Eindhoven in 2019. Tahreem brings a quiet, meditative quality to her yoga classes.Natasha Gunn

“When you move from theory to practice you change your life.”
Hans Jakusch
Sustainable energy engineer and photographer, Hans discovered another meaning for energy-saving in yoga: “learning to save energy by moving from where you are.” His preferred sport was running until he damaged his knee in a skiing accident. Hans started yoga as a safe alternative way of exercising. He loves seeing other sports men and women benefit by using yoga to create strength and flexibility in the body as well as calm the mind. For him, proper diet and relaxation are essential but often missed when creating a well-rounded yoga practice. Relatively new to the world of Yoga, Hans started practicing in 2012. He followed his first teacher training at the Sivananda school of Yoga (RYT 200) in 2013. His second Teacher training was in traditional Vinyasa Krama in India in 2016, followed, in 2017, by a Hot Yoga Teacher training.Evi Bacsi
“I love to help people bring back awareness to their bodies, to find the tools to bring heart, body and mind together.”
Evi Bacsi
“Appreciate the body you’ve got for life! Your body is an incredibly intelligent and fun tool capable of extraordinary things in co-operation with the restless mind and the loving heart. Simple things like taking a walk, peeling a banana, fixing a car…. “My aim is to meet you outside your comfort zone in a lighthearted way. When I teach yoga I draw on different styles for inspiration; I’ve been lucky to have amazing teachers from Jivamukti, Iyengar, Astanga. I teach what the moment brings, focusing on safe physical and spiritual alignment.” As well as being experienced at teaching various yoga styles including Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin, Evi loves to Longboard, boxing, and is “crazy-talented for Lego!” She describes herself as “imperfect, down-to-earth and playful” and loves chocolate more than she likes to admit!Rebecca Stumpel
´Yoga is an exercise in focus. It starts in the physical and is a way in to other levels of being which you can work with to change and transform your everyday life.´
Rebecca Stumpel
Jogging used to be my passion, but following a knee operation, running was no longer an option. I tried other sports but nothing worked for me. A friend suggested that I try Bikram yoga. I tried a class and never looked back. Hot Yoga gives me focus and calm, working on both a physical and mental level. I used to have arthritis in my back, but with yoga practice my symptoms have vanished. Following my passion, in 2017 I did a Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training. I followed this, in 2019 with a 50-hour Yoga Teacher Tuneup with Natasha Gunn at HYE. I notice that our spirit always has reasons to avoid regular yoga practice, but when you begin you notice that emotional, and physical issues are gradually released.Linda De Smedt
“Yin practice is to simply observe, without judging; all our busyness and haste transformed into stillness.”
Linda De Smedt
My path is tantra, but I love other yoga practices. After 10 years of doing Ashtanga yoga, I discovered Yin Yoga. I loved the experience; the stillness, the letting go, the profound, but reachable, depths, the dynamics of each pose tuning in subtly with what the body needs at that moment. Of course there are physical benefits to this: Yin has healed me from a chronic back issue and a torn meniscus. But what I particularly want to share with my students is the journey deep within where another world opens up. A gentle way to be in the present, to find a place that is totally in harmony with the world, peaceful and free.Floor Loeber
“It’s not about being perfect or super flexible; it’s about embracing your own uniqueness and journey.”
Floor Loeber
I’ve been totally in love with yoga for 15 years now! When the pandemic hit, yoga was my rock, helping me navigate through those tough times. So, in 2020, I decided to take my passion to the next level and enrolled in a yoga teacher training. Yoga has been a game-changer for me. Since I’ve been Practicing yoga a few times a week, the chronic pain and anxiety I’ve been dealing with is much more manageable. It’s not just about the poses; it’s about appreciating and connecting with my body. I truly believe that everyone’s got a yoga body, and I try my best to spread this message in my classes. It’s not about being perfect or super flexible; it’s about embracing your own uniqueness and journey. You are so welcome to join my classes when you feel the need to create some space for yourself in mind and body.Wieneke Van Der Aa

‘I feel honoured to share the many benefits of yoga with you, both on and off the mat.’
Mariangel Maldonado
I started yoga practice to help my physical body. I only saw the physical part of the practice and was intrigued by the passion and commitment others showed when practicing. I was in my early twenties battling my first depressive episode. Yoga gave me a path out of my darkness and reconnected me with my body. My practice taught me about self-love and compassion and it showed me the power of community. When I became a psychologist and psychotherapist, I started studying yoga as a tool for a more holistic approach to wellbeing. I decided to take my relationship with yoga to the next level and become a teacher. I now connect my knowledge of mental health with yoga to share with others the numerous benefits of this discipline, both on and off the mat.Jitske Steenaart
“In yoga you practice to observe your moves with curiosity, to find out what moves you”
Jitske Steenaart
Yoga to me, is to look at yourself with curiosity and without judgement. After practicing the Bikram (hot yoga) for almost eight years, I decided to deepen my knowledge and practice by doing the Teacher Training in the US with Gianna Purcell and Kathy Durham. Since then I’ve been teaching 26 + 2 classes. Even though the sequence always stays the same, no class ever is. Each class can be different, because you can feel a little different every day, which makes you move different. In my classes I want to create the space where you can observe your moves with curiosity and find out what moves you.Kai Rasmussen
“I am eager to share the movement, mindfulness, and joy I find in yoga & pilates.”

My yoga journey started in 2014 when I returned to my hometown of Palo Alto, California to begin a new and demanding role managing my family’s business. Through the physical and mental challenges of yoga, I found balance and calm in an otherwise chaotic life. From 2014 onwards, yoga became a deeply important part of my existence. Soon after, I fell in love with Hot Pilates, training with Kiersten Jakobsen and Mara Reinin at the YogaSource Palo Alto. After nearly 10 years of practice in a variety of yoga styles, including Hot Yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha, and heated flow classes, I decided to take the leap and become a teacher. In 2023, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Green Yogi in Berkeley. I am eager to share the movement, mindfulness, and joy I found in yoga & pilates with others.Off the mat, I enjoy cycling, running, travel, and sharing stories.Pavithra Srinivasan
