We’ve raised our prices slightly for the first time since 2022.
Doing our best to keep serving you as the leading hot yoga school in Eindhoven
we have increased our class offerings and improved our schedule timings.
Additions include:
14 Dec – 11 Jan Arm balance focus (60 mins) at 15:30 with Natasha. All level sessions to bring you towards fore-arm balance, handstand, and headstand. No need to do the full pose, but you can!
From January Hot Pilates 60 (temp up to 28 °C)with Kai on Saturday afternoons (15:30) – a Hot Pilates is a demanding full-body workout
that combines the Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
Other new classes include Vinyasa Krama (temp up to 25°C)with Natasha on Mondays at 10am. Long, slow breathing with focus on exhale
is central to this gentle, all-level practice which builds up gradually to each pose. Ideal for all ages and levels.
MOVING INTO 2025 WITH A POSITIVE HEART-FELT INTENTION
Five-minute video with Natasha to help you align with your heartfelt intention as you move forwards in life, whatever the time of the year.
We are also creating an introduction to yoga online course for those new to yoga to help you deepen your understanding of what yoga is, and how it helps our minds. Here is a short article by Natasha, giving you a glimpse of the mind-body connection and how yoga practice works.
Our teachers are available for 10 mins after class to answer any questions you might have about your practice.
Our in-house Yoga Therapist, Natasha is on hand for a 15-min free clarity call should you have any further questions.
We also run donation-based Women’s circles every second Friday evening (see awakeyoga.nl).
