Imagine that the only things you could keep tomorrow were what you expressed gratitude for today.
What would this mean for you terms of the people, resources, opportunities, objects in your life?
Would you live differently?
What are you thankful for today?
Keep a gratitude journal, and also, don’t forget to let others know what you love and appreciate about them.
Remind yourself of your own sucesses, however small. Be the friend you would love to have.
Sleep well, eat well, work well, move well, play well, love well.
