About us

Yoga is for Every Body – the heat helps

We are strong on personal guidance, experts in hot yoga, and teach functional yoga, Pilates, and awareness practices. We love to keep updated in current science related to yoga and health. Using heat, a functional and trauma-informed approach, we offer a holistic blend of yoga classes to help you release, develop awareness, mobilize, stabilize, and strengthen body and mind.

Quality Team

Hans Jakusch and Natasha Gunn, founders and creators of Hot Yoga Eindhoven’s unique blend of the Original Hot Yoga and more since 2016, have built up a team of experienced and highly trained yoga teachers with diverse backgrounds and expertise.

As a team, we are passionate about sharing our experience and knowledge with you in a way that is inspirational, respectful, and supportive.

Diverse yoga classes

We are uniquely qualified to offer you yoga classes in a specially heated room to varying temperatures as needed. As well as teaching the Original Hot Yoga (Bikram) sequence, our diverse classes include Pilates, Vinyasa Flow, Yin yoga and Meditation. We also offer Circles, Women’s and Mens, at regular intervals to promote learning, sharing, and connection especially within the international community in Eindhoven.

holistic approach & natural heating method

We are a medium-sized Hot yoga school specialised in guiding people of all ages, abilities and conditions. We help every body-mind find a practice that is functional for the body and beneficial for the mind. As a trauma-informed school, we know yoga is deeper and broader than simply well-guided exercise and ‘yoga styles’. See our FAQs for more information.

We heat the air in the room which is the safest and most natural method for an even, comfortable warmth. The effect is gentle on your lungs, supports healthy sweating and metabolic function, while calming and soothing the nervous system.

Why practice Yoga?

Many people come to yoga simply to learn to relax and keep fit, while others come to recover and grow on a mental or physical level.

As yoga teachers, we have also experienced challenges which brought us to yoga in the first place. Yoga gives us a way to create the lives we want to live. We’d love to share our practice with you.
