Natasha Gunn
Natasha experiences how yoga has helped her find a steady ground within herself and thrive in her personal life. She knows everyone has a unique path, and loves helping others find the skills and practices, step by step, to recover their own balance for health and wellbeing in body and mind.
Her diverse training includes Transformative Yoga, Hot Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Trauma-sensitive yoga with David Emerson, Yin yoga with Anat Geiger and Marcel de Vis, and Vinyasa Krama with Ramaswami Srivatsa. Recently she has followed the Svastha Yoga Therapy program in the Krishnamacharya tradition, led by Dr. Ganesh Mohan and family. An in-depth and balanced training which combines the ancient wisdom of yoga and ayurveda with modern science. She loves to share her experience and knowledge to help others find balance, joy and creativity in life.
Natasha’s background includes a degree in Psychology, writing and editing and motivational coaching. Her greatest challenge has been motherhood.
